Precision sheet metal fabrication

Laser cutting and automated forming processes shape the metal, transforming flat sheet into light fabrication elements ready for assembly.

Our production department combines fibre and CO2 laser cutting technologies with high-performance CNC punching machines. This allows us to work different materials and thicknesses—such as stainless steel, aluminium, iron and yellow alloys—with precision and flexibility, achieving clean, burr-free cutting edges.

Bending is managed by automated cells with rapid tool change, ensuring bend angle consistency and dimensional repeatability, both for prototypes and series production.

Specialised in the industrialisation and production of sheet metal fabrication, it manages the complete sheet metal transformation cycle, ensuring quality and flexibility.

In addition to forming, we offer component assembly and finishing. The use of robotised welding islands ensures strong, uniform joints, standardising the bead and significantly reducing the need for costly manual rework operations.

Technical support is fundamental: thanks to advanced CAD/CAM software, we support the customer in product industrialisation from the earliest stages. By optimising nesting and product development at the design stage, we minimise material waste and maximise production efficiency, transforming the drawing into an economically sustainable process.
