When component dimensions decrease, production process stability becomes essential to achieve compliant results. We use sliding-headstock lathes, which allow us to work small-diameter bars, effectively countering deflection thanks to the guide bush.
This technical approach enables long turning operations and simultaneous axial or radial machining, achieving a high degree of detail and geometric complexity difficult to obtain with traditional fixed-headstock machines. Every operation is calibrated to maintain tight tolerances, essential for precision machining at microscopic level.

Brema
A Pedrali Group company focused on the production of micro-components with complex geometries, thanks to a machine park with sliding headstock technology, ideal for ensuring absolute turning precision on parts with small diameters.

This specialisation meets the needs of advanced sectors requiring high-performance miniaturised components, such as electronics, industrial sensing and the medical sector. We work a wide range of materials, from ferrous alloys to precious metals and technical plastics, always guaranteeing excellent, burr-free surface finishes.
Our flexible organisation allows us to manage with the same accuracy both rapid sampling, essential for customer development testing, and large production runs, maintaining consistent quality from the first to the last part and ensuring process repeatability even on batches of millions of units.
